By using CalmAlone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not veterinary advice

CalmAlone offers general training information and a tool to record your pet's progress. It is not veterinary advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Separation-related problems can have medical causes — please consult your veterinarian, especially if your pet is injuring itself, not eating, or if the behavior started suddenly. Never leave a pet in a situation where it could be harmed.

CalmAlone Pro

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple and may be shared through Family Sharing. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple. If a Pro purchase is refunded or revoked, Pro features stop working; a household created with it becomes read-only.

Households

You decide whom to invite. Anyone with an invite code can join until it expires or is used up, so share it only with people you trust. The owner can remove members. Members can see and edit the records shared in the household.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other households, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and liability

The app and service are provided "as is". We work to keep the sync service available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
